La Mercè festivities are the great celebration of the city of Barcelona and one of the most magical and awaited moments of the whole year. La Mercè is a complete festival, full of culture in the streets, squares and every corner in the city.
Tandem Projects participates by covering the shows audiovisually and generating different transmedia aftermovies to transmit the illusion of the city, its inhabitants and tourists.
A lot of creative and innovative shows are covered by our team. A major challenge given the large number of popular culture events, concerts, dance or street theatre spread throughout the city.
With two mobile teams of 4 cameras and two runners in charge of production, in addition to the coordinator, Tandem Projects covers audiovisually more than 50 shows. La Mercè is a successful and relevant project and the result is an audiovisual piece with explanatory images of the city and its talent with voiceover, subtitles in different languages and different formats.
All of this is to be distributed internationally with a clear objective: to demonstrate that Barcelona is a city of everything and for everyone, plural and open to the world.
