Working with Barcelona\u2019s City Council is such a honour! Within the framework of the audiovisual contract for the area of \u200b\u200bEducation, Culture, Science and Community, we have been responsible of the audiovisual solutions for citizen\u2019s participation programs. We should highlight Decidim Fest<\/strong> project. Its context and content, “Democracy and technology in times of emergency”, made us believe and trust in a great technological solution in order to make it as much democratic as possible: streaming.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the aim of addressing issues of active democracy with top speakers, at Tandem Projects we have broadcasted these talks online as a competent audiovisual agency and expert in On-streaming videos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three days of digital conferences where we have taken care of all the live broadcast offering comprehensive services of multi HD camera recording, sound and high quality microphone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The broadcast was carried out with Jitsi tool, in a multi screen and personalized format, <\/strong>with the possibility of integrating additional audiovisual content and monitoring live statistics. <\/strong>The challenge of working with an open platform and having consecutive discussion tables required significant pre-production work<\/strong>, to ensure that during the live speakers (many of them connected from home) they could intervene and interact with the set located in the Digital Innovation Canodrome equipment. The interaction was possible thanks to coordination with the Metadecidim platform, through which the audience could ask questions and participate in previous and subsequent discussions. To reach success, project management and leadership within technical team of Decidim was an essential and fundamental task carried out by Tandem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authentic experts with citizen participation have passed through the #DecidimFest, such as Renata \u00c1vila Pinto, a lawyer and Guatemalan activist specializing in technology; Aleksandra Asvanovna Elbakian, Kazakh computer programmer and creator of Sci-Hub; Geert Lovink, Professor of Interactive Media Research at Hogeschool van Amsterdam University, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tandem Projects, as always, lived up to these presentations by exploiting new forms of communication and offering an optimal and professional solution <\/strong>for live communication and production, delivering a message of the highest quality to the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
